Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your ride, and you can reschedule once for free up to 24 hours before. If we cancel for weather or safety, you choose a new slot or a full refund. See our cancellation policy.

What is the minimum age?

Drivers must be at least 16 (under-18s need a parent or guardian present). Children aged 8 and over can ride as passengers with an adult driver. See rider requirements.

What should I bring?

An original, valid photo ID (passport, Emirates ID or driving licence), swimwear, sunscreen and sunglasses with a strap. Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times.

Do I need jet ski experience?

No. Every ride starts with a full safety briefing and your guide stays with you throughout. You must follow the guide's instructions at all times — see our safety rules.
